TWP Workouts Database

Workout to do ? If you don’t how to do during your ride or if you’re fed up doing always the same workout.
This rubric is for you : use TWP workout database to have a fun and avoid boring rides.

 
In the database you will find some workouts sample for each intensity (Low, Medium, High) and all intensities workout.
Enjoy !
 
Please note that performing these workouts is under your own responsibility.
 
Low Intensity : for base preparation and early season
 
Medium Intensity : for early season preparation and race season
 
High Intensity : for strong riders in good condition
 

All Intensities : for strong riders who want to simulate race workload during their preparation.
